These subscriptions are for applicants: schools, school districts, libraries, and related applicant organizations. Service providers can contact our team for training and tailored support.
What is a Billed Entity Number?
A BEN is the identifier USAC assigns to a billed entity, such as a school district or library system. Bronze, Silver, and Gold cover one BEN; Elite covers up to five; Premium covers unlimited BENs.
What happens when I choose a plan?
We’ll discuss your application amount, organization count, and users, then confirm the right subscription and arrange onboarding. Our team creates accounts and assigns access to the correct organizations.
How does annual pricing work?
Annual prices are paid as a single yearly amount. Bronze is $299, Silver $540, Gold $810, Elite $1,296, and Premium $16,200. The annual switch shows the full yearly price and the saving compared with twelve monthly payments.
Does a subscription include full-service application filing?
These are applicant subscriptions with the training and support allowances shown. Full-service consulting and application assistance are separately scoped. Contact us to discuss a broader engagement.
Can I discuss an application at the edge of a plan’s range?
Yes. The team will confirm the appropriate tier for your application amount, entity count, and support needs before setting up your subscription.
