E-Rate Support, founded by Dr. Teri Lawrence in January 2009, has grown into Louisiana’s largest E-Rate consulting organization, leveraging her 28 years of expertise, including her time as the state’s E-Rate Coordinator. In partnership with Educational Professional Services (EPS), led by CEO Travis Franks, they offer comprehensive consulting services throughout Louisiana and the Midwest.

To enhance their services, Dr. Lawrence established E-Rate Support LLC in 2024, based in Dublin, Ohio, which provides E-Rate management software and is launching the only AI platform capable of analyzing over 3.3 million open-source E-Rate records. EPS continues to deliver application assistance, compliance monitoring, training, and free access to E-Rate management tools to its diverse clientele, including public, private, charter, and parochial schools, as well as libraries. Both organizations are also committed to statewide training programs for the Louisiana Department of Education and the Louisiana State Library.
